To improve immune function and draw congestion away from the sinuses, sufferers can perform nightly warming socks treatments.

To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Find a pair of thin, cotton socks and get them damp in cool water (not dripping).
  2. Some patients have applied high quality essential oils (doTERRA), such as lavender to bottom of foot.
  3. Put damp sock over feet.
  4. Follow by covering the damp socks with a dry and warm pair of wool socks.
  5. Then go to sleep.
  6. The socks should be dry by morning.

If the socks aren’t dry by morning repeat the process every night until they do dry. The stronger and healthier the body is, the more ability it has to dry those socks!
