What are the foods I need to avoid when on a fiber rich eating plan? Ideally, you should have 2-3 plant-based meals (mostly raw) per day, but here is a list of a few foods and food categories to avoid.

  • Food intolerances
  • Dairy, all forms, all animals
  • Sugar, cane derived
  • Grains, refined grain flour
  • Potato, white/yellow
  • Gluten containing grains, refined or whole
  • Energy drinks
  • Soda
  • Coffee
  • Alcohol
  • Juice (excludes homeade)
  • Corn, GMO, non-organic
  • Soy, GMO, non-organic
  • Meat that is fatty, non-organic, non free-range
